Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Webkees Info Service Pvt. Ltd.. We want you to love what you buy. This policy explains when and how you can return or exchange clothing and accessories purchased on our site.
1. Summary (quick read)
- Returns/exchanges accepted for damaged, wrong, or defective items, and for size/fit issues within 7 days of delivery.
- Change-of-mind returns accepted within 7 days but return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if any of the following apply:
- Item is damaged, defective, or has manufacturing faults.
- You received the wrong product or incorrect size/colour.
- Item differs materially from the product description or images.
Time limit: Requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Not eligible:
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, odor, makeup, or damage caused after delivery.
- Intimate apparel (where hygiene seals are removed), swimwear, or personalized/custom-made items (unless faulty).
- Gift cards, sale/clearance items if marked non-returnable (if applicable).
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email support@estudiosdemoda.com
- with: order number, product name/SKU, reason for return, and clear photos where relevant (damage, wrong item, etc.).
- Our support team will respond with return/exchange approval and instructions within 48–72 hours.
- Follow the packing and shipment instructions provided. Include the invoice and any tags.
4. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact.
- All accessories and freebies included in the original shipment must be returned.
- Packages should be securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We may reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: return shipping will be covered by Webkees Info Service Pvt. Ltd..
- Change of mind / size swap (non-fault): the customer pays return shipping unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
- We recommend using a trackable courier for returns; Estudios de Moda is not responsible for lost return parcels without tracking.
6. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank/processor timing may vary.
- If return is rejected (item used or tags removed), we will ship the item back to you at your cost and notify you.
7. Exchanges & Replacements
- For size or colour exchanges, indicate preferred replacement when requesting the return.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages on Delivery
If your package appears damaged or tampered with on arrival:
- Take photos of outer packaging before opening.
- Report immediately to support@estudiosdemoda.com
- within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue quickly.
9. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Email support immediately with your order number.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; follow the returns process after receiving the item.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
