1. Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email (and SMS if provided) after your purchase is placed.

2. Shipping duration

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote Areas: 8–10 business days

Shipping timelines may vary by location and courier availability. We do our best to meet the estimated times, but unforeseen events (weather, strikes, transport issues) can cause delays.

3. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A nominal shipping charge may apply for orders below this threshold, depending on delivery location and order weight.
  The exact shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and courier link. Use that link to track your shipment in real time until delivery.

5. Packaging & care in transit

We package garments to protect them during transit. Fragile or premium items are given extra care to reduce the risk of damage.

6. Delivery partners

We work with trusted national and regional courier partners to ensure reliable delivery. Partner selection depends on your location and service availability.

7. Delayed or undelivered orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your tracking link for the latest status.
2. Verify the shipping address you entered at checkout.
